New Features

• Added parameter RetryTckTicketsExport (default 0) to enable automatic retry of storing local TCK tickets into database (I2412-0068)(TFS3365)

• Added parameter CashierIdOnCreditcardSlip (default 0). If set, only cashier’s ID is prited on merchant receipt (regardless of parameter CashierInfoOnCreditcardSlip) (I2502-0097)(TFS3847)
